Ready Set Spring! with Walmart

OBJECTIVE
Walmart’s Ready Set Spring! program celebrates the opening of the Garden Center across the United States. Typically, Walmart is not seen as the first destination for gardening and with this program, we catch customers early in the season with inspirational, educational and eye-catching activations focused on outdoor living. With 2025 having the biggest advertiser investment, the team wanted to create an inspiring online hub that made getting ready for the warmer months easy for any outdoor space.

APPROACH
Tasked with creating a custom brand experience on Walmart.com alongside a new brand refresh, we dove deep into how we can make spring prep feel inclusive. With advertisers investing on three separate levels, we took those groupings and actioned them, building a story around how customers can easily tackle tough projects, create welcoming spaces, and get ahead for spring with our advertiser’s hero products. Visually, the given assets were very flower forward, when in reality, the products featured were lawn mowers, charcoal, and hoses. Rather than leaning heavily into flowers, we leaned into blue skies and fresh-feeling visuals that felt like that first breath of spring air.
