TikTok Interactive Add-Ons Product Launch Video
OBJECTIVE
Interactive add-ons offer a unique way for advertisers to entice engaged viewers with popups, stickers, and other visual elements that encourage engagement within in-feed ads. According to a 2021 TikTok user survey from Suzy, viewers who have shared, liked, or commented on a TikTok brand video are 150% more likely to buy a product or service. Acting as an extension to an advertisers creative idea, interactive add-ons offer advertisers a unique, inventive, and interactive way to encourage consumers to engage with their brand.
APPROACH
To promote our latest product offering, we aimed to create a video that could be shared both externally on social media and internally with clients to generate excitement, but also be informative. Working as an art director with an external video production company, I guided the visuals, script, and overall creative direction of the video, ensuring a sense of creativity was conveyed when showcasing the capabilities of the interactive add-ons. This was also one of the first videos created with TikTok for Business’s new brand, in which I made sure the production company understood and implemented the new brand correctly.
